The LNU library is housed in the library of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust at Banovallum House, Horncastle and is available for use by members.

The library includes a full and up-to-date run of Transactions as well as other LNU publications. The Executive has identified a collection of floras, books relating to Lincolnshire and surrounding counties and various ‘classics’ that members may wish to borrow from, details of which have been circulated in Communiqué.

Please contact Charlie Barnes or another member of the Executive Committee for access to the library and details of the contents. If access to Horncastle is difficult, other means of getting books to members may be possible, for example by post, but the Executive may have to consider costs.
